Al-Khorayef inaugurates a factory that offers innovative solutions in the construction and architecture sector, targeting many countries such as Jeddah.
The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, inaugurated on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, in the First Industrial City in Jeddah, one of the Saudi factories that provides innovative solutions in the construction and architecture sector, aiming to develop, enhance and support the local market and export its products to several countries within the national strategy to localize the industry.
Al-Khorayef, cooperated with the Executive Director of Al-Najma Factory, Eng. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Sorayai, they’ve reviewed the production lines and inspected number of products, including the manufacture of adhesives, water and thermal insulators, expansion joints, and epoxy products. He also cooperated with the engineers and the work team on international quality standards that the factory works in it, and expressed his admiration for the digital transformation that is followed in the production and packaging processes, which was qualified to be one of the most distinguished factories in the local market and to export his production to many countries.
The Executive Director, Eng. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Sorayai, states that the factory comes within the “Made in Saudi Arabia” strategy, which focuses on four main axes:
– Building the Kingdom’s local capabilities that help it face challenges and ensure continuity
– Investing in natural resources and exploiting the distinguished geographical location to reach the world by investing in several manufacturing industries that will have an added value to the national economy.
– Looking to the future by focusing on future industries that qualify the Kingdom to compete with other countries, pointing to the intensification of efforts to make the national industry globally competitive, by enabling local content.
– Industrial Revolution, pointing out that the Kingdom will be an incubator for creativity and innovation, and will actively contribute to protecting the environment.
Eng. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Sari’i valued the unlimited support provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his trusted Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman, to the industrial sector.
